Manioc with Coconut and Sambol
As an experiment she started eating manioc daily. Beginning with a plateful for breakfast with coconut and sambol, and following up for lunch and dinner as a curry with rice. 3. Cook manioc in an earthenware pot. Fill the pot with water to completely cover the manioc, and well above the level of the manioc. Do not close the pot with a lid.
